The Wish One story
We are Maxime Poisson and François-Xavier Blanc, we are lifelong friends and we share the passion for cycling.
We are the founders of Wish One and here is our story...
When we decided to launch Wish One back in 2018, our intention was not to just create another cycling brand, our intention was bigger… it was to inspire people to ride bikes as we believe that bicycle can help change for a better world.

We created Wish One to inspire an eco-friendly lifestyle through the passion for cycling.
Our mission is to help develop next-generation bikes, events and inspiration that will help to fight climate changes…. This is our wish number 1… WISH ONE
WISHONE is also the contraction of WHITE and FISH (Blanc & Poisson are our family names)
Human First is our philosophy and it resonates in everything we do.
This philosophy is based on 4 pillars:
- Create bikes while minimazing our environmental impact
- Design and organize events to inspire people to ride a bike
- Evangelise the world by supporting athletes in their adventures
- Think local first

BRAND FUNDAMENTALS
PRODUCTS
DESIGN ULTIMATE PRODUCTS BOTH IN TERMS OF RIDING EXPERIENCE & PURE DESIGN
We develop all our frames after a long process of engineering & testing. We partner with the best french expert in frame building (Cyfac). We select the best technical partners to assemble the bikes.
CREATE BIKES WHILE MINIMAZING OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
All our frames are designed and produced in France.
We use only reusable materials
such as Steel and Alloy in the building of our frames (we don’t use composite materials)
70% of our tubes are coming from recycled and 100% from local suppliers.
We offer second life to our products by maintaining and re-selling second-hand products.
EVENTS
WISH ONE 130, a challenging and unique race with a mix of asphalted and gravel roads from the “Source de l’Aveyron” to the Aubrac Mountains. More than 130 kms for an elevation of 3000m+… The ultimate racing challenge.
